What is your return policy for cymbals?
We offer a 30-day return policy for items in original, unplayed condition. Please note that cymbals showing signs of stick marks or fingerprints may be subject to a restocking fee.
Do Zildjian cymbals come with a warranty?
Yes, all Zildjian cymbals are covered by a two-year warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase when bought from an authorized dealer.
How can I track my package?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your delivery progress.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, the Zildjian official online store only ships to addresses within the United States. For international purchases, please use our Dealer Locator to find an authorized distributor in your country.
